These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Leavz website (leavz.net). Leavz is in a pre-launch state. Open registration is closed; the operator of the service has not yet been formally appointed as a legal entity. These terms will be revised to identify the operator and any additional commitments before the service is opened to public registration.

By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Nature of the service

Leavz is intended to be a multimedia social platform allowing users to publish posts (video, audio, text, photo) tied to time markers, manage playlists, form social connections, and control access to their content. During the pre-launch phase, the public website serves only as an informational landing page; no account-creation, content-publishing, commenting, or messaging functionality is available to the general public.

3. Intellectual property

All proprietary content on the website — including but not limited to design, layout, source code, written copy, logos, and graphics — is owned by the operator (to be named) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

When user-content publishing becomes available, separate provisions will apply to grant the operator a limited licence to host and display user-submitted content. Until that point, no user content is solicited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure;
• Interfere with the operation of the website, including denial-of-service attempts;
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to harvest content or technical data without prior written permission;
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights (once user-content features become available).

5. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the operator nor anyone associated with the operator shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the website.

These terms may be updated as the service progresses out of pre-launch. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage prior to taking effect.

9. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism will be specified together with the formal appointment of the operator, before registration is opened. Until then, no contract for paid services is offered through this website.
